Our architecture studio “CDA Cattoni Davoli Architects” founded in 2010, in the heart of the historical centre of Milan, born from a partnership started between university desks. Indeed, after several important and diversified work experiences, we joined our forces and started this path that made us complementary and consequently able to offer projects tailored to any need, even the most demanding ones.
The main activities we carry out concern architectural design, structural and plant engineering of private and public buildings, restauration and landscape architecture, design and certification of energy systems, design of interior spaces of residences and offices with design and final design of interior décor items. Moreover, we take care of the supervision of works for private and public contracts, safety coordination during the design and execution phase, feasibility studies, property advice, municipal permits, land registry, descriptive specifications and bills of quantities. When a customer starts working with us, we immediately try to have empathy and we establish a relationship of trust and collaboration that helps the client to build targeted and personalized projects on every type of personality and sensitivity. We specialize in home renovations, offices and commercial spaces, by the new layout of the spaces, to the choice of materials and colors, up to the design of the custom-made furnishings.
Our work begins by presenting preliminary proposals to the customer, after a comparison, the drafting of the definitive project follows and subsequently of the executive project which includes the countless construction site drawings, the descriptive specifications and the very detailed metric calculation essential to fully control the costs of the work.
